Alles nach Plan

Time for the news: There are new sponsors and supporters aboard! I’ve got a lot of very important supply, am really happy and, i have to admit, i’m surprised, that they don’t expect something in return. No logos, no brandings, no advertising … nothing! Of course i feel appreciated and it looks like that i’m on the right way. But to be honest, it’s something new i have to grow into. I mean, i need to rely on the equipment and so it is very important to feel well with a company i want to work with. If i found a supporter or sponsor, then it means i really like to work “together”. It’s a giving and taking and i really want to have a good balance in between. I want to give something as a reward, so this is a new situation for me if someone doesn’t expect something. I’m very happy, of course, and i know i have a great project and great goals beyond any self-realization. Goals, that are far more important. Important to everyone. So i like to know that people and companies feel good about my plans and trust me. I really need to say thank you!

So, i promised to specify my “Cause”. And indeed, i did. I found new partners, had very positive discussions – which means a lot of new input for the project. After weeks of working i reached the point to claim that i found the final and most plausible Cause. It’s some kind of surprising and really, really fits to the rowing project and to me, sure. Please, stay curious for just a couple of days and i promise the announcement will be very exciting!

An other update: I found a new training area for the boat. Just quite around the corner. This means: I finally have enough storage facilities and training areas around europe to start training in calm sea and to end up in rough water. Even the transport is not a biggy anymore. What is left: How do i get the boat back from Antigua? Still quite expensive and i need to figure something out. But i will, for sure *g.

Well, these are the news for the moment. I am really, really busy and have some problems with emailing. So if you didn’t get an email as promised, then there was something wrong with the system. Please, please drop me a note!

:: I’m still working on the website. As you can see, i started to translate the articles and sub pages. Und was heißt hier schon “Gegenleistung”!
